There are hardships that some members of our community face, and First Light Capital is committed to being able to give back to the community in which we live.
It is the compassionate actions of its members that most accurately measure the greatness of a community.
As a company, First Light Capital is aware of the hardships faced by the community. As part of our desire to give back, we are proud to announce that we will be sponsoring the NZME children’s Christmas party.
The Children’s Christmas Party will provide 2000 deserving children in our community an experience they will never forget. The children invited will be suffering from either life threatening illness, physical/intellectual impairment, domestic violence, or living in underprivileged circumstances.
The Goal is simple: To put smiles on these childrens’ faces for at least one day this year.
These special children will be treated to a day of celebrity stage shows, fun rides, games, yummy food, treats and many more fun activities. They will also experience a Santa’s toy cave filled with thousands of high quality toys where they will receive 3 or 4 each to call their own. However, words on paper cannot do justice to what this day will mean to these children.

First Light Capital was founded on the principles of our Directors, which align our interests with those of our Investors. Our goal is to develop long term partnerships with our investors founded on mutual trust, where the growth and preservation of our capital and active ongoing management of our commercial property wealth is our primary objective. Whilst we have a diverse skillset and range of business experience, our accounting backgrounds mean we are conservative in nature.
We will only source properties in which the Directors will invest alongside investors. Our biggest asset will be our Investors, so we encourage communication and will be operating on an “Open Office” basis – come in and see us at any time and talk to us. We are centrally located and welcome the interaction.
